Surplus Sales does not accept the return of any merchandise without previous authorization. We strive to describe parts accurately and show actual photos on the website of the part you are purchasing. Sometimes a part just doesn't fit! We understand and will do our best to resolve the situation.
Some electronic parts may not be returnable under any circumstances if we cannot verify they are in the same, new condition as when they were shipped. Others may have a 15 day return window.
You MUST obtain a return authorization number from Surplus Sales prior to return. This number must appear on the package near the mailing label. If the number is not clearly identified when the package arrives, it will be refused.
Returns are not accepted on a C.O.D. basis. We recommend for your protection, that all parcels be insured. All merchandise returned under our authorization is subject to a 20% restock fee (or a minimum $ 7.00 charge) and must be in the original condition as shipped.
New or copied manuals, wire, sleeving, and tubing cut to your order, hardline connectors, sweep tubes, semi-conductors, squirrel cages for blowers or other parts described on website are not returnable.
If you do not understand any part of this policy or want to inquire whether the parts you are purchasing qualify for return, please contact Customer Service. Surplus Sales does not agree to blanket terms set forth in Purchase Orders.
Any waivers from this policy must be in writing from the President.
Return shipping is at customer expense.
