Spellman / Bertan power supply is not working correctly. A great fixer-upper since the going price is about $5,000! Model 2828. S/N: 8001. Series 225. Positive or negative output, reversible. Optical encoder for E&I set. 0 to 50 kv voltage set. 0 - 0.3 ma current limit. Has speed sensitive steps. Slow: about 15v / rev. Fast: 10kv / rev. Local analog or GPIB control. Rack mountable. Includes manual & AC cord. No HV cable. Known defects: The programming switch sticks. The spring loaded action on the HV switch is damaged. The actual HV output does not track what the front panel displays. This is a non-working power supply, sold as is. All sales final.
