7-7/16" wide x 1-3/4" high x 3-1/4" deep. Grilled 2-1/4" hole for mounting speaker. Very sturdy plastic box, can be used for many different purposes. Speaker grill 2.25"D, posts 2" O.C. Posts at bottom of case 2-5/16" O.C. Distance from bottom post to speaker post: 4-13/16". Case back is 0.338" deep. We have no manufacturer's specs as these were acquired in a surplus liquidation.
