Transformer assembly. Made for Lexmark. (Also 528PB56). 115v AC input @ 48 - 90 Hz. Includes switch, 1.25 amp fuse and socket for standard machine cord. Output to 7 position molex connector. Solid copper electrostatic shield on outside of EI core to reduce typical  60 Hz interference on equipment. Made in Italy. Large quantity in stock.
